About TIPO

With our optimal advertising tools & affiliate marketing method, TIPO targets the right audiences and plays an intermediary role to connect Merchants and Marketers who meet specific requirements. The two sides negotiate cost, time, and ads frequency on their own initiatives. This method guarantees productivity and cost optimization. Our scoring system which grades members’ based on engagement and spending within the ecosystem. There would be multiple Tiers of Membership Levels with specific benefits & privileges. Members would be able to unlock new tiers by collecting TIPO points until reaching the determined threshold. TIPO would allow our members to pick any product within the ecosystem and put in their “Wishlist” for members to consider buying later and for TIPO to understand their shopping behavior and preferences. Each time a member would unlocking a new tiers, a “Customized Surprise Gift”would be available for unlocking it a new tier based on the data we collect from members' Wishlist Such a gift will also be available for members' birthdays. Value of each gift would be decided upon the Membership Level. This would create a sense of mystery, unpredictability, curiiosity and surprise; simply be something to look forward to. Random symbols symbolizing TIPO points are able to placed anywhere on user’s interface. TIPO would allocate a limited amount of tokens for a specific period of time each day for users to surf on the ecosystem and seek the hidden tokens . This virtual treasure hunt would create a sense of adventure playfulness and would boost traffic at times when the game would be on.

My contribution to TIPO is about managing engineering team in Agile/XP/LEAN mindset, with most important goal is to keep our delivery at its best - catching up with timeline without qualities trade-off. We build products in TIPO with modern tech-stacks by applying standard engineering practises and promoting OSS.

TIPO helps solving E-commerce's problems which never been resolved successfully before such as optimizing supply chain cycle, guarantee transaction transparency and quality, origin tracking .. and so on. I do believe that TIPO will play a big part in E-commerce ecosystem in near future.
